Guests are driven to the hotel by e-taxi on arrival day until 8 pm, and to Zermatt's train station or taxi stand on departure day. A complimentary transfer service from-and-to the train station is offered to all guests on their arrival and departure day. Visp is the place of jurisdiction for contract disputes. The surrounding area offers winter hiking trails and ski slopes with 38 four-thousand-metre peaks.
